IBI: Shaping the Future

This year, the Irish Bible Institute (IBI) is celebrating 40 years of training students in Christian ministry and theology. The Bible college, now based in Dublin, has sought to adapt to the needs of the church in Ireland since its earlier days in Tipperary.

IBI’s mission is to serve the church in Ireland, by educating, equipping and empowering Christians to live out the gospel in their communities.

Principal Steven Singleton writes, “We know the landscape for Christian training continues to change and we want to meet the challenges of the future so that we can keep fulfilling our mission. In 2023, we have an opportunity to review the courses we offer and to consider the future of Christian training at IBI.
